The development strategy prioritised efficient use of a constrained town-centre site while carefully responding to the existing streetscape and neighbouring properties. Working collaboratively with the client and wider consultant team, the scheme balanced contemporary housing design with practical placemaking principles, ensuring the development integrated naturally into the established Hyde community. Particular emphasis was placed on delivering sustainable, functional homes that would provide long-term value for residents and the local area.
