Founded in 1980 by Philip Millson, the business built a strong reputation across the UK property sector through innovative thinking, fast-track development programmes, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex projects.
Re-established independently in 1991, the company continued to evolve beyond traditional architectural services, combining decades of experience with a modern, commercially focused mindset.
Today, the business enters a new chapter as Urban North, led by land specialist Lizzie Schofield, who spent over a decade working alongside Philip to develop industry-leading strategies and unlock the full potential of land and development opportunities.
